NETFORM’s Recruit Reward$ program is an opportunity for ANYONE to get paid for referring someone for one of the open positions at our Shelby facility.
For a limited period only we are offering a SUPERSIZED Recruit Reward$ bonus, raising the bonus payout to $5,000 (Recruit Reward$ terms and conditions apply with the following adjustments):
- $2,500 paid after 4 months of employment, $2,500 paid after an additional 5 months of employment with NETFORM.
- Available for hire dates between 7/18/2023 and 8/30/2023.
- $5,000 SUPERSIZED bonus payment applies only to 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician positions at Shelby location.
The normal Recruit Reward$ bonus of $1500 still applies to all other open positions at the Shelby facility.
How does Recruit Reward$ work?
- $750 paid after 4 months of employment, $750 paid after an additional 5 months of employment with NETFORM.
Who can be Referred?
- Any candidate who has no applied to work at our company during the preceding 12 month period.
- Any new employee who is hired as a permanent full – or part-time employee (temporary employees or contractors are not eligible)
