Expanding Precision Machining Capabilities and Strengthening U.S. based Manufacturing

Shelby Township, MI • December 12, 2025 – NETFORM, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered precision components for the mobility sector, announced today the addition of TapeMaster, a Michigan-based precision machining provider serving aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets.

This addition expands NETFORM’s platform with advanced CNC milling, turning, grinding, and inspection capabilities that align with its core strengths in cold forming and flowforming. Customers can work with one partner from initial formation through final machining and inspection. NETFORM continues to deliver on its commitment: From formation to finish: ONE integrated partner.

TapeMaster adds expertise in multi-axis CNC machining using HAAS and Okuma equipment, along with AS9100D-certified quality systems. These capabilities create new opportunities in aerospace and defense and strengthen support for existing automotive and commercial vehicle programs that rely on vertically integrated manufacturing.

Supporting U.S. Localization and Supply Chain Stability

All operations will remain based in the Midwest. This positions the combined organization to support the automotive industry’s ongoing push toward North American production as domestic content and supply chain regulations evolve. NETFORM’s U.S.-based footprint provides customers with a reliable and compliant domestic partner for high precision components.
